OH MY!

!?
I think somehow this blog is starting to be a special blog for my funtastic Gamtuk class. D:
This week we had another funtastic Tuesday in class. Basically still studying about human anatomy; specifically faces. But this week we step on a higher level than just drawing a proportional face. We had to draw a proportional face with expressions! LEVEL UP!
Again, I drew my friend Icha, because she has this interesting face to draw. I dunno, I just love her petite face.

Her face...
Her eyes...
Her lips...
One of the lecturer's assistant (from now on let's call them Asdos which is the abbreviation of Asisten Dosen) said that the portrait looked like a shocked Palestinian women saying something like, "OH MY CHILD!". I know it sounds weird, but if you heard it yourself from him, it'll make a lotta sense.

Little sketch
At first I wanted to do this sinister expression!
The drawing actually got a nomination to be one of the best drawing in my class that the Asdoses made. They even had a prize for the winner, which is a dinner at the Aston Braga Hotel. Damn, that's just too luxurious. But sadly, I didn't win it. Well, life's tough. None the less, I LOVE MY DRAWING! I somehow love the expression and the fact that it came from Icha's face makes it more favorable.
Well okay, so now Imma introduce you to my friend Icha! My muse! My model. teehee

Hello!

PS: I have a new hamster! I'll name her... Onigiri! Because she looks like a lump of rice. And Imma call her Oni from time to time. [Oni in Japanese (鬼) means Demon :D]

Love ?

"It's never ribet (complicated) when it comes to true love and not a lover but a friend" - Dini, my sister.
Yes, she said that after I said "I don't wanna know anything about having relationships (love), so complicated". Why say that? Maybe it has something to do with the fact I've never actually felt 'love' towards the opposite sex. Well, I've had crushes and by some, my heart has already been crushed.  I guess it takes a long time to mend that heart and that results the numbing feeling towards the word 'love'.

Hmmm. February. Valentine's just around the corner. Let's talk about love? No?
Well, I personally have no experience in one. All I can say that through out my childhood up to this day, boys only see me as a guy friend who appears to be a girl. Well, I don't expect them to treat me like they usually treat girls and all, I just don't want them to forget, that I am a girl inside too.
When they smile widely with others, I try to smile with them. When they're sad because of something, I cried with them. But when they're heartbroken, I just kept silent. I feel like whatever I say in that subject is nothing.

Maybe someday I'll find this 'love' people seem to crave. For now, I'm just gonna keep things to myself, and just keep being silent.

Cheers for being a loner and happy about it!

Another Funtastic Class!

A drawing of my friend, Icha.
I actually made her look older than she is TT3TT
So in this week's Gambar Bentuk (Drawing Class) we had to work in pairs and draw an A3 size portrait of our friends. My partner was supposed to be Icha, but since Raymond didn't have a partner, we became three. So it was like a triangle, I drew Icha, Icha drew Raymond, and Raymond drew me. A bit hard to do because each of us were busy with drawing each other. But it was still fun to do. I had fun drawing Icha, since she actually wears a veil (jilbab), and I had to imagine her hair for it. I'm glad that it turned out nice. The lecturer's assistants were okay with it too. But they pointed out the same comment about this; the hair. Yes, they said the hair is somewhat unrealistic. And on the first year we need to dwell on realism first before exploring others. But one of them got my style right, I mean I'm into semi-realism, so he said that my drawing is good enough.

Still a sketch
Close up on her sexy lips!
So yeah, but I'm still happy with the outcome. And I can't wait till next week's GamTuk!

A Weeks Worth of Shenanigans

Good Morning, Good Day and Good Evening to all!

How's your week so far? Great? I hope so. My week was amazing! Starting off on Sunday with a new dining experience at Blind Restaurant. Yes, as you can concur, the restaurant is UNDENIABLY DARK! You can't see anything in it. And eating the foods was like scraping of foods from the ground like a chicken. It's like fishing, you feel like you got something, but turns out it was a false alarm. lol
But none the less that experience was priceless. I'd love to do it again. But this time with less screaming and panicking. ^^;

This week I had been given the opportunity to go out and spend some quality time with my dorm friends; Chintya, Evan, and Jingga. And it brought us for a lot closer over the time. But so far all we've done were random things. First, the search for grilled corn in the middle of the night and met a street performer who made Jingga super interested now in performing arts (lol). After that, the cat incident. After we got home from corn night, we found Jingga's cat left "chocolates" for Jingga on his bed. We had to accompany him scrubbing it all away at 2 in the morning.
Our next event together was dinner at a seafood restaurant. Like the crazy kids we are, we had lots of fun just from eating seafood. Jingga had to battle the clams just to eat it (he couldn't open it). When we got home, we just hung out in my room and talk, tell jokes, and consulting with my "decision maker" (yes, I have one). Jingga even made a new friend with Albert, my stuffed raccoon.
And our third outing was on the eve of Chinese New Year's. We planed on having dinner in Lembang. Which is an hour drive. But ended up finding nothing. So we went back to Bandung to eat in Rumah Kopi (Coffee House). Yeah we spent an hour to drive up hills in the rain and then went back with nothing. I call that drive the Cemetery Drive.

After our dinner, we decided to watch a movie in Chintya's room. Pretty much our eyes were already heavy through out the movies.
Well, I hope to have more shenanigans again with them! I love spending time with friends.

Oh, yesterday I spent the whole day playing SIMS 3 in Chintya's room instead of doing my assignment. Now I don't have anything to give. I know, I'm just that lazy.
